Christine M. Miller, Partner

Christine M. Miller is a partner in the Firm’s Business Law & Transactions practice area.  She provides general counsel and transactional representation to businesses and their owners, with a particular focus on advising clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses. She also has significant experience advising nonprofit corporations on transactions and legal aspects of their day to day operations and representing clients in connection with financing transactions.
