Matthew Beatman is a shareholder and partner at Zeisler & Zeisler. For more than 30 years, Matthew has acted as lead counsel to individual and corporate debtors, creditors' committees, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, investors, lessors, acquirers of assets, and financial institutions in complex workout, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy matters. He has extensive experience in litigating commercial matters and has been appointed as a receiver in several cases.
Matthew served as law clerk to The Hon. Alan H. W. Shiff, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of Connecticut (1991-1992).
