Patrick R. Linsey, Associate

Patrick R. Linsey is an associate with Zeisler & Zeisler.  He represents individuals and businesses in a diverse litigation practice, including commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, creditor/debtor disputes, workouts and other matters.  Patrick has prosecuted and defended complex claims in federal and state courts and in arbitration.  He has also achieved favorable settlements through alternative dispute resolution and counsels clients on strategies to protect their interests while avoiding litigation.

Patrick is active in state and national bar associations.  He presently co-chairs the Connecticut Bar Association’s Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section Continuing Legal Education Committee and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Executive Committee.  Patrick writes and lectures on topics related to his practice.
