Daniel A. Byrd is an associate at Zeisler & Zeisler whose work has been focused on commercial litigation. Daniel previously worked in the areas of business immigration law and criminal defense. Between 2018 and 2020, Dan helped dozens of immigrants obtain H-1B visas to work in the United States. He was also a member of the University of Connecticut Criminal Trial Clinic where he successfully represented his client through an application for a Supervised Diversionary Program.
Daniel received his J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law where he was an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board.
