Jim Miron is a partner with Zeisler & Zeisler and chairs the firm's Personal Injury Department.  Since 1994, Jim has been successfully obtaining plaintiff awards for his clients who have been seriously injured by the careless, negligent and/or reckless behavior of others.

Jim strives to obtain justice for his clients, whether by way of settlement or at trial.  He fights to ensure victims receive compensation for all of their harms and losses - both economic and non-economic.

Jim personally handles all aspects of his clients' cases and works on a contingency basis.  There are no fees or costs owed unless he recovers compensation for you. 

In addition to over three decades of experience as a trial attorney focused on serious personal injury cases, Jim has been dedicated to public service.  He served as Stratford, Connecticut’s first Mayor from 2005-2009; is a proud United States Army veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division and 2nd Infantry Division; and is currently a volunteer with Team Rubicon, a veteran-led non-profit organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises.
