Coleen Hurlie-Dunn is a partner with Zeisler & Zeisler.  Her practice is focused on commercial real estate and business law.  Coleen works with a wide variety of clients including commercial developers, corporations, banks and closely-held businesses.

She represents real estate developers and retailers in all aspects of real estate development, including acquisitions and sales, subdivisions and development, and construction, as well as financial institutions in connection with all types of real estate financing transactions.  As a business lawyer, she advises clients on formations, acquisitions and sales of businesses and commercial leasing.
